Hi, I’m Jenn —
I’m a life-long educator; I’m passionate about supporting women and queer folks; and I’m a serial transitioner.
I started my career in K12 education. Then I transitioned to higher education, then nonprofit education and leadership, and finally to corporate learning and development. I know first-hand how terrifying change can be, which is why I love helping others navigate, discover, and thrive during change.
As an English professor, scholar, and writer, I’m obsessed with the importance of language. One of my favorite things is helping people learn how to tell their professional story and wade through the rhetorical murkiness of contemporary job markets.
I aim to center relationships, community, and equity in everything I do. I am actively unlearning perfectionism, and despite the fact that it will likely be a lifelong journey for me, I’m committed to trying new things even if I fail.
I know too well how easy it is for women and queer folks to shrink, to dim, to underestimate. That’s why I’m determined to be your biggest cheerleader. To help you discover and stand in your own power. To be stronger, not smaller.
